Try tacking this ab circuit on after your cardio or workout:

 

- Crunches

- Toe Touches

- Ab Cycling

- Leg Raises with Excercise Ball

- Exercise Ball Plank (1 min, 45 secs, 30 secs)

 

Repeat each exercise 20 times, 16 and then 12!
